Community Pharmacy Shropshire

Community Pharmacy Shropshire (LPC) is the statutory body representing community pharmacy contractors within the geographical area of Shropshire.

The LPC is available to give advice to community pharmacy contractors and others who seek more information about pharmacy locally.

LPC committee members are either elected from independent contractors or appointed from multiple pharmacy companies.  Nationally the Company Chemist’s Association (CCA), the Association of Independent Multiple Pharmacies (AIMp) and any contractor owning more than 8% of pharmacy contractor premises in the area appoint members in proportion to the number of pharmacy contracts held in the area.

The Committee serves for a four year term starting on 1 April of the year of election/appointment.  The Constitution can be viewed by clicking here.
