Every pharmacy has an Anenta account from which issues can be raised with Anenta regarding service performance and or any requirement they may have with regards to waste management.

The best way for a pharmacy to report a missed collection or to ask for an ad hoc collection is by raising a ticket on Vector.  The Pharmacy can access their account by clicking on this link https://vector.anenta.com/o/locations/9421

We urge all pharmacies to use the link to open a support ticket rather than calling Anenta directly to ensure a timely and traceable response that forms an audit trail.
