Procedure for dealing with complaints
At its November meeting, Community Pharmacy Shropshire agreed to adopt the template policy for dealing with complaints about our members or officers; this was produced by Community Pharmacy England and is reflective of, and referenced to, the Committee’s constitution and rules.
