New Constitution adopted
Wednesday 15th March 2023
Following a special meeting held on 7th March 2023 the following new constitution was adopted
LPC-Model-Constitution-and-Rules-effective-1st April 2023
This enables the following changes
- new name Community Pharmacy Shropshire
- new committee term starts 1/7/23
- committee size of 10, composing 5 CCA, 3 independent, 2 AIM members
- maximum committee member term 12 years (3 x 4 year)
Elections for independent members will be held in May to enable the new committee to commence July 2023. Nominations will be sought from independent contractors throughout Shropshire & Telford. CCA and AIM members will be appointed by their respective bodies.
