Annual General Meeting, report and financial statements 2024-25
Community Pharmacy Shropshire (LPC) is holding its Annual General Meeting at 19:15 on Tuesday 16th September 2025; the venue will be The President’s Suite, Shrewsbury Town FC, Croud Meadow, Oteley Road, Shrewsbury SY2 6ST. A buffet and refreshments will be available from 18:30.
We are pleased to announce that the main topic for our meeting will be:
“Integrating Mental Health Services in Community Pharmacy Practice”

Should you be unable to attend the meeting however, you may wish to cast your vote electronically, please do so using the form below:
You may also vote using the Contractor Postal Voting Form 2025 available to download below, returning this to the Chief Officer at the given address to arrive NO LATER THAN 48 hours prior to the meeting i.e before 7.15pm on Sunday 14th September 2025. You may also vote by email by returning the completed form (emailed to contractors) to peter.prokopa@nhs.net.

Note that the voting forms are for contractors NOT represented by Company Chemists’ Association (CCA) – if you work for Asda, Boots, Morrisons, Rowlands, Superdrug, Tesco or Well pharmacies please DO NOT vote, your Head Offices do so on your behalf. Any votes received from branches of the above companies will not be counted unless submitted centrally.
If you have any questions about the accounts, either in terms of a technical questions or if, as a contractor, you are considering rejecting the accounts, then the LPC suggest attending the meeting if possible to ask questions and hear the LPC comments rather than voting by post. Otherwise, please email the Chief Officer with comments or questions as soon as possible.
