  • To understand what community pharmacists include when completing a Clinical Pathway Consultation and what the possible outcomes could be.

Meanwhile, following the launch of NHS England’s ‘Think Pharmacy first’ campaign,  their campaign materials are also now available for pharmacy teams to use.
